Hey! My name is Shay. I teach HIIT, Strength + Mobility and climb.

Fav way to HIIT YOUR PEAK? I will try anything at least once! HIIT and Strength classes, the final PEAK during climb, kickboxing, kettlebells... I love cross-training! ⁣⁣

Outside of PEAK, I work in sales. I also have two very spirited daughters who always keep me guessing! I enjoy visiting family + friends in Winnipeg, where I’m from. I LOVE the outdoors – can’t wait until my next adventure!

⁣⁣⁣⁣ I HIIT my PEAK because even though I was never athletic growing up, I realized how necessary it was to be active. When I discovered group fitness and got into my routine, I really found that it helped me focus, enabled me to hike up mountains, and of course monkey around with my girls!

You are definitely as young as you feel. The body is meant to move, and I am amazed at what my body has allowed me to do! I am always challenging myself with workouts and different modalities and can’t wait to share this with everyone at PEAK!
