CLASS TYPES

CLIMB (35 minutes)

This 30 minute class is an adrenaline pumping, dance party, on a VersaClimber, followed by a 3-5 min cooldown. It focuses on climbing to the rhythm of the music and helps improve all fitness levels. It increases total body strength and conditioning, with longer and faster strides keeping the body continually challenged. 1500-3500ft.

CLIMB + HIIT (45 minutes)

Need a challenge? This class is no joke. We combined a 20 minute climb and 20 minute HIIT workout to challenge every level. Climb + HIIT focuses on cardiovascular conditioning and overall body strength. Each workout will combine different types of equipment to sure the body is being challenged in a variety of ways. Think cardio and strength training all in one!

NEW! LAGREE (35 minutes)

Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact workout that combines strength training, core conditioning, and cardiovascular exercises. Our classes are on the Microformer, which uses spring resistance to target muscles deeply and efficiently. The workout is designed to improve strength, flexibility, and endurance while minimizing strain on the joints. Perfect for busy people like you who need to get the most out of their workouts in less time!

NEW! CLIMB + LAGREE (45 minutes)

Climb + Lagree is our newest high-intensity, low-impact workout! We combined 20 minute onf the Versaclimber and 25 minutes on the Microformer, focusing on upper body and core, to create a full-body workout you won’t want to miss!

STRENGTH (35 minutes)

This class is perfect for busy people who need a quick and efficient workout. Strength training involves exercises that use resistance to build muscle strength and endurance, using equipment like free weights, kettlebells, or body weight. It helps improve muscle tone, bone density, metabolism, and joint stability. This class can be adapted for various fitness levels and offers benefits beyond just muscle growth, such as enhancing overall health and fitness.

STRENGTH + MOBILITY (50 minutes)

This class blends strength training with mobility exercises to help you feel stronger, more flexible, and ready to tackle daily challenges. You’ll build muscle with bodyweight moves and weights while enhancing your range of motion through targeted stretching. Suitable for all fitness levels.

YIN YOGA (45 minutes)

Feeling tight and sore? Our yin yoga class is the perfect accompaniment to your workout routine! Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that focuses on holding poses for extended periods, typically ranging from 2 to 5 minutes. Yin yoga targets the body’s deeper connective tissues, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia, rather than just the muscles. The poses are usually done seated or lying down and are held with minimal muscular effort, encouraging relaxation and a gentle release of tension.
