WHAT TO EXPECT

 

Working out can feel scary, especially if you've had a bad experience before. Give PEAK a chance before deciding it's not for you. Many of our members started without any workout experience and say our community changed how they feel about traditional gyms. Our PEAK PROS are ready to assist you with form and technique, and they understand how you feel because they've been in your shoes. They are here to help you feel at ease and encourage you to improve your fitness and health. You can #HIITYOURPEAK while still giving yourself grace.

We LOVE cross-training so we we offer many different class types, to keep you continually challenged. All classes have options for modifications, to make your workout a bit easier, or progressions, to make the class more difficult, so you get the most out of your workout, no matter what your fitness level!

CLIMB/COMBO CLASSES

An intense, low-impact workout led by one of our certified instructors. It will take a minimum of 3-5 classes to acclimatize to the Versaclimber.

STRENGTH/HIIT/YOGA

These classes are great for first timers! If this is your first time working out, it will take 3-5 classes to get used to the different formats. All classes are led by one of our certified instructors.

Make your life easier and favourite PEAK Climb + HIIT in the app so you can conveniently purchase class passes, register for your classes, and leave reviews. You can register for your classes one week in advance on the schedule page or on the app.


WHAT TO BRING

Please wear comfortable workout clothes, a pair of indoor trainers or runners, a water bottle and sweat towel. Don’t worry, if you forget anything, we have you covered! Our studio has showers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, water fountains, and a place for you to get ready for your busy day.

Studio Etiquette

  • Please arrive ten minutes before your scheduled class time. Unfortunately, latecomers will not be permitted, as a courtesy to other members. Please read our late cancellation policy.

  • Please check-in upon arrival, before heading downstairs to change.

  • Please refrain from using your cell phone during class time. You’re welcome to use it to take photos at the beginning or end of class! Use the hashtags #HIITYOURPEAK or #PEAKPACK and tag us @peakclimbhiit on social media.

  • Please only wear indoor shoes inside the studios and downstairs.

  • We are a scent-free studio!

  • No negative self-talk allowed! We are here to show our bodies some love by exercising.


There is free parking available on all streets north of the studio. We also have two parking stalls behind our building reserved for our members!
