Hi everyone, my name is Sarah. I teach every class type at PEAK!
Fav way to HIIT YOUR PEAK? I absolutely love moving my body to music like in a climb class. Add the benefits of HIIT and it’s a perfect combo. Challenging my body and mind, then seeing the progress I’ve made month after month has been the most positive experience, both physically and mentally.
Outside of PEAK, I love everything and anything that gets me moving outdoors. I like to travel, snowboard and dance. I also love spending time with my friends and family, especially my husband, Cory, and my miracle baby, Willow.
Why do you HIIT YOUR PEAK? I have always loved to move my body to music. Getting to do it with friends is just that much more fun! I love the sense of community and camaraderie that forms while challenging yourself physically and mentally, with others.
I have also discovered a direct link between physical health and mental health. Fitness can be a saving grace during the most challenging times and will motivate you to keep pushing forward when things get tough. Physically challenging your body strengthens the mind as well.
