Hi, I’m Carly! I teach Climb, HIIT and combo classes.
Fav way to HIIT YOUR PEAK? Most definitely with a climb! The fast paced 30 minute workout is the perfect way to burn some serious calories + sweat it ALL out with a FULL body workout.
Outside of PEAK, I spend my days with adorable little humans who most definitely keep me on my toes! When I’m not teaching grade one, you can find me instructing spin, spending time with my family + friends and plotting how in the world I can make my lifelong dream of meeting Celine Dion a reality.
Why do you HIIT YOUR PEAK? For as long as I can remember, I loved being a part of a team! Growing up, it was always playing basketball or fastball, but as transitioned from a teenager to an adult, I found it difficult to manage the stress of university, working + maintaining a social life, so any type of sport or fitness related activity took a backseat in my life. A couple of years ago, I finally found myself really committed to finding a way to workout that I love, yet also have fun doing. I found that love in group fitness - feeling like you are part of a team, together, striving for the same goal just spoke to me! I am so excited to be part of PEAK + can’t wait to have you join our pack!
