I’m Andrea and I teach HIIT, climb and combo classes.
Fav way to HIIT YOUR PEAK? I love a mix of workouts! I incorporate strength, endurance, climb classes and soccer into my routine. I also love getting outside and hitting the pavement for a run or cycle.
Outside of PEAK, I’m an Exercise Physiologist and Registered Nurse!
I love to check out what Saskatoon has to offer - you can catch me at the farmers’ market, a local coffee shop or on the beautiful riverside paths. In my down time I love to play tunes on the piano, read a good book and I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I love to see and experience the world with my partner, Kyle. We are always looking for the next place to go, so please share any recommendations!
Why do you HIIT YOUR PEAK? Life is fast paced, and I feel that exercise and instructing classes keeps me in the present moment and reminds me that every movement counts. I love a good challenge and to see what my body is capable of and help others find out what their bodies are capable of- which is so much more than we think so embrace that body and what it can do! I enjoy a good sweat session and believe our bodies are meant to move so I am thankful I get to do that and share that with others!
In my classes you will find a mix of music from soul soothing, to beat dropping that will make you want to move, something that will challenge you for the better and reach limits that you never knew you had. I am SO happy to be a part of this amazing team, as a PEAK Pro, and bring something new and exciting to Saskatoon! I can’t wait to meet you and sweat together!
