Blaire Johnson
Hi, I’m Blaire and I teach Lagree.
Although I’ve been part of PEAK since 2020, my instructor journey took off when I discovered my passion for Lagree.
Fav way to HIIT your PEAK? I fell in love with the microformer’s ability to combine slow, intentional movements with intense, strength-building workout. For me, fitness is about consistency, building resilience, and finding joy in every shake and sweat! I also love how strong I feel when I lift weights in a strength class.
Outside of PEAK: When I’m not on the microformer, you can find me taking another amazing class at PEAK, hiking scenic trails, paddle boarding on calm waters, teeing up on the golf course, flowing through a yoga class or simply enjoying time with my dog, family, and friends. I also work at SaskTel in marketing, which I love!
