You’re BUSY, try a 30 minute workout!

At PEAK, we are constantly finding ways to make your workouts more efficient, so you can spend your time doing more important things! Most of our classes are only 30 minutes! We offer a variety of classes, multiple times per day to suit your mood and fit into your busy schedule!

Whether or not you love the workouts at first, we promise if you stick to cross-training in our small group studio, you will stay accountable, make new friends, and #HIITYOURPEAK both physically and mentally! Reach out anytime for more information or a tour. We can’t wait to meet you!
