Short on time? Try a 30-minute workout!

At PEAK, we offer efficient workouts, so you have time for more important things. Most of our classes are just 30 minutes long! We provide a variety of classes at different times to match your mood and fit your busy schedule. Even if you’re not a fan of the workouts initially, sticking to cross-training in our small group studio will keep you motivated, stay social, and improve your physical and mental health. Our Story

Peak started as firus fitness in 2016 in our owner, mackenzie’s, basement. as a cancer survivor, she wanted a space where people could feel comfortable working out - no matter what was going in their life or how “out of shape” they felt.

Eventually, peak expanded to her garage. In 2019, she and her husband purchased a run-down chinese restaurant on 2nd ave. it took 9 months of extensive renovations to turn it into the beautiful studio you see today. two weeks after opening up the new space, covid shut fitness down, so we will never again take moving together for granted!

like our space, peak is a studio that grows with its members. our class types grow with you and your unique fitness needs. we pride ourselves on being a small studio where we know everyone in our community, what you like, and any requests you have. Sometimes smaller is better! :)

There is free parking north of the studio on 26th street, 1st + 2nd Avenue N. Paid parking can be found all around the studio. Remember that all parking is free on the weekdays before 9AM, after 6PM + anytime on Sunday!
