At PEAK, your time and well-being come first. Our efficient 30-minute classes make it easy to fit great workouts into even the busiest schedule. With a wide variety of class types offered at different times throughout the day, you can choose what matches your energy, goals, and mood.

Not sure you’ll love every workout at first? That’s okay. Our supportive small-group environment keeps you motivated, connected, and consistently improving—both physically and mentally.

Our Story

PEAK began in 2016 as Firus Ftiness, located in our owner, MacKenzie’s, basement. As a cancer survivor, she wanted to create a space where people could feel truly comfortable working out - no matter what they were going through of how “out of shape” they felt.

As the community grew, so did PEAK. We expanded into her garage, and in 2019 MacKenzie and her husband purchased a run-down former restaurant on 2nd Ave. After nine months of major renovations, it finally became the warm, welcoming studio you see today. And just two weeks after opening the new space, COVID shut down the fitness world—reminding us to never take the privilege of moving together for granted.

Just like our physical space has evolved, PEAK grows with you. Our class offerings adapt to your goals, your season of life, and your unique fitness needs. We’re proud to be a small studio where we truly know our members—their preferences, their wins, and even their requests.

Sometimes smaller really is better. :)

There is free parking north of the studio on 26th street, 1st + 2nd Avenue N. Paid parking can be found all around the studio. Remember that all parking is free on the weekdays before 9AM, after 6PM + anytime on Sunday!
