Why PEAK?

The small group atmosphere in our studio can help you stay accountable and find your lifelong love of fitness. Everyone is friendly and approachable, with similar values of prioritizing how they feel when they workout. Over the years, our studio has grown with our members’ wants and needs, including adding more cardio options (climb), adding yoga-style stretch classes (refresh), and, more recently, strength and mobility classes. Whether or not you love the workout at first, we promise if you stick to cross-training in our small group studio, you will stay accountable, you’ll make new friends, and #HIITYOURPEAK both physically and mentally!
